I hold a Master's degree in Psychology (5-year studies), equipping me with the skills and tools necessary to address a wide range of mental health concerns. I am Jana Matus, a certified NLP&Life coach who studied psychology (graduated in 2008 with Master's degree) and is dedicated to helping individuals discover their inner strength and unlock their full potential. My background equips me with a deep understanding of psychological principles and therapeutic techniques that can significantly contribute to personal growth, resilience-building, and overall well-being. I am experienced in working with anxiety, supporting recovery from trauma, eating disorders, parental loss, victimhood, toxic relationships, narcissists, parental neglect, motherhood, parenthood, international and multicultural issues such as integration of internationals within society.
